Maha Raja is a full-service company who designs, builds, supervises and manages dream-home style villas in the heart of the authentic Balinese heartland.

We have more than 20 years combined experience managing restaurants and villas. In this time we have built several houses and restaurants.

You can choose to live here permanently, or choose to have us manage your property while you are away. We also provide full management of your property if you choose to rent the property for short or long-term visitors.

With Maha Raja, we are the builders, project managers, and direct supervisors. This gives you much more control over the final product, as well as drastically reducing the costs. We are not brokers, in fact we are directly involved and responsible for every aspect of your project, from the first steps of planning and design, to communicating directly with you throughout the project, through managing your property for years to come. 

Our concept is based on a three-fold belief “Tri Hita Karana”, three causes of happiness: connection with a higher power, connection with people and connection to the environment. We believe that our work and our commitment to excellence provide the keys to realising these fundamentals.
